Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and oriented Front Office Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our healthcare facility. We will train you for the position. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a friendly and professional environment. Schedule patient appointments. Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages. Maintain accurate patient records by filing, updating medical charts. Support office management tasks such as inventory management of supplies, appointment reminders. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling sensitive health information securely. Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and ensure timely patient flow. Qualifications Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding patient service and maintain professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities - English/Spanish a must as we serve quite a portion of Spanish speaking patients we will train you for the position. However, having some dental background is a big plus .
