Job Description

Become a Key Player as a Front Desk Coordinator You will be the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while supporting office operations and employee events. In this 6-month, full-time, on-site role you will partner with HR/recruiting and office teams to coordinate logistics and execution daily in Mountain View, CA. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Welcome visitors, candidates, and employees with a warm, polished, and professional presence. Manage incoming calls, deliveries, mail, and general front desk inquiries. Maintain an organized, professional reception area and common spaces. Research venues, vendors, restaurants, and activities for offsites and company events; compare options and provide clear recommendations. Coordinate end-to-end event logistics including bookings, catering, transportation, supplies, and day-of execution. Manage office supplies, snacks, pantry items, lunch orders, and meeting room setups. Assist with candidate interview scheduling, new-hire onboarding logistics, and People-team initiatives. Coordinate with vendors and take ownership of logistics and execution for office initiatives. Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role Experience in front desk, office coordination, workplace experience, hospitality, administrative support, or event planning. Outgoing, personable, and comfortable interacting with people throughout the day; polished and professional demeanor. Strong organizational, research, and follow-through skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects from research through execution. Availability for a 6-month, full-time contract, Monday-Friday on-site in Mountain View, CA.
