Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front office operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and team members. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will ensure smooth daily operations, efficient appointment scheduling, and accurate data entry. Responsibilities Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Crystal PM Perform accurate data entry Handle clerical tasks such as sending and receiving faxes, send doctor referrals Must be able to clearly communicate with management and fellow staff Support office by staying organized and maintaining office walk in list. Post Payments and maintain accurate drawer and terminal Open or close office when necessary Experience Entry level position, willing to train right candidate Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone communication techniques Experience with data entry Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior experience in medical or optical reception is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is valuable Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets exceptional service!
