Job OverviewWe are hiring a Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while supporting general office operations.
Job DescriptionGreet visitors and provide a professional, welcoming front office experienceAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and emailsManage visitor logs, mail distribution, and office supply inventorySchedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordinationSupport administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entryMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient reception area
