Oversee list management, coordinate guest experience with the hospitality team and create streamlined experiences for our guests and staff.

What You'll Do:

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members. Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Manage traffic up system and rotation with the next up in conjunction with the desks needs Next up is used to its fullest potential with all details from each opportunity uploaded in the next up, daily opportunity sheet and

CRM. 1,2,3 & 4

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Spanish language proficiency is preferred to better serve our diverse clientele. What we
