Front Office Receptionist

Actively looking for an Office manager/ Seasoned Service advisor for an auto repair shop in Ojai, CA. Must be able to arrive on time, Monday

• Friday 8:00am
• 5:30pm .

We need someone who is organized, can multitask, be patient when answering phones, and be able to walk through repairs in detail with customers. At our shop, we are not just looking to make the sale but we are focused on building relationships with our customers. The dress code is business casual. We are in a fast paced environment so you will need to be comfortable with always doing something, whether you are inputting information for a vehicle, following up on orders, answering the phone, or tidying up the office space. This role requires you be able to work alone for most of the day. This means that timely communication is necessary to ensure that everything runs smoothly, as you will need to be comfortable talking with the technicians to clarify necessary repairs. • Go through the process of a live scan
• Experience with face to face customer service
• Clean driving record
