About the Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll help oversee daily store operations while driving a sales‑focused, client‑first culture . You bring strong selling instincts, a passion for styling, and the ability to turn browsers into loyal clients. You'll support the Store Manager, lead the sales floor, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service. What You'll Do Lead with confidence during client interactions and styling sessions Drive daily and weekly sales goals — individually and with the team Coach and motivate staff to elevate selling skills and client engagement Support training, mentoring, and floor leadership Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation Oversee inventory flow, supply deliveries, and backroom organization Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and daily reporting Serve as acting manager when needed What You Bring 2-3+ years of retail leadership or strong sales experience in boutique or upscale retail Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Natural leadership presence and polished communication style Strong styling instincts and understanding of current trends High level of organization and comfort with POS systems Reliability, positivity, and composure under pressure A genuine love for fashion, people, and creating memorable experiences Compensation & Perks Competitive hourly wage + 2% commission Tips (many team members earn up to $1k extra per month ) 6‑month review, then annual reviews with pay‑increase opportunities Employee Retention Program Generous employee discount on your favorite brands Supportive, stylish team with room to grow Beautiful workspace in the heart of downtown
