The Role We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy professional with a bubbly, upbeat personality to be the heart of our front office. You will be the friendly face of our community, greeting residents, families, and visitors with a smile while ensuring our administrative operations run smoothly using today's technology.
Key Responsibilities Hospitality & Communication:
Greet all guests warmly, manage a multi-line phone system, and provide top-tier customer service.
Administrative Tasks:
Draft professional memos and notices; create and maintain organized Excel spreadsheets.
Technology Management:
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and modern office software to keep community communications clear and organized.
Daily Support:
Provide clerical support to various departments and assist residents with general inquiries.
Qualifications The Right Vibe:
A warm, professional, and genuinely upbeat personality is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
Computer Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. You should be skilled at working on a computer and comfortable with modern office technology. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management
Communication:
Strong writing and typing skills for creating memos and resident notices.
Experience:
Prior administrative or front desk experience is required. Experience in senior care is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
