Duties Greet visitors, clients, and candidates professionally, ensuring a warm and positive first impression Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries efficiently and courteously Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding activities, and training programs Source candidates through various channels including social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and research to fill high-volume roles quickly Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, and facilitate the full cycle recruiting process using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software such as UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support talent acquisition efforts Utilize talent management software to track applicant data, employee evaluations, and succession planning initiatives Lead recruitment campaigns on social media platforms to generate candidate interest and increase lead generation efforts Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and HR legal standards Assist in employee relations activities, including feedback collection and performance evaluations Skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and external recruiting strategies Strong knowledge of HR systems such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar ATS platforms Expertise in talent acquisition techniques including candidate sourcing, cold calling, research, and lead generation Familiarity with HR legal compliance related to employment law in talent management practices Ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Skilled in relationship management with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies Competence in utilizing social media marketing (recruitment) for employer branding and candidate outreach Knowledge of employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, training & development initiatives, and succession planning strategies Proficiency with HR legal standards related to employment law in talent management Join us as a Receptionist/Recruiter where your energy fuels our growth!
