Job Description

A busy and established litigation law firm is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Receptionist to join our team. This is a front-office role ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills who can provide excellent client service while supporting daily office operations. What you'll be doing: Answering and managing a multi-line phone system Taking and routing messages (email and CASEpeer) Welcoming clients and vendors professionally Scheduling and calendaring appointments accurately Completing client intake forms and data entry Preparing conference rooms for meetings, depositions, and mediations Scanning and uploading legal documents (including Power of Attorneys) Providing Spanish-English translation for attorneys and clients Handling incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries Keeping the front office, conference rooms, and kitchen clean and organized Monitoring and restocking office supplies What we're looking for: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Legal office experience is a plus, but not required Position details: Full-time In-office position (Ventura/Oxnard area) How to apply: Please reply with your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements .
