Job Summary A healthcare services organization in Ventura County is seeking a bilingual Receptionist/Coordinator-Spanish for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting busy chiropractic clinic locations in Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme. This full-time front desk, sales, and customer service role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and creating a positive patient experience in both English and Spanish.   • Welcome patients, manage check-ins, and provide a friendly, professional front desk experience.
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist patients with general questions.
  • Help new patients get started by explaining services, treatment plans, and membership options.
  • Follow up with patient inquiries and leads while supporting customer service and sales conversations.
  • Assist with basic billing questions and help keep the front desk and clinic organized.
  • Provide coverage at clinic locations in Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $22.00 per hour.
  • Job type: Temp-to-hire.
  • Schedule:
    Full-time, 5 days per week, including weekends.
  • Regular days off: Two weekdays.
  • Clinic hours are generally Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Additional hours may be available.
  • Benefits include 8 to 10 days of PTO annually, based on hours worked.

  • Support daily front desk operations, including patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and clinic organization.
  • Communicate services, treatment plans, and membership options clearly to patients.
  • Follow up with patient inquiries and leads to support patient engagement and clinic growth.
  • Travel between Ventura, Oxnard, and Port Hueneme clinic locations as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred in customer service, sales, healthcare, hospitality, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Friendly, personable, and comfortable interacting with patients and the public.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with customer service and sales-related conversations.
  • Willing to learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to support multiple clinic locations.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends. Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior front desk, receptionist, patient services, or clinic experience.
  • Experience explaining services, memberships, or treatment options to customers or patients.
  • Recent college graduate interested in starting a career in healthcare, customer service, or clinic operations.
