Modern office setting We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented and coordinated, enjoys multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment, and is an excellent communicator. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a position that involves a lot of responsibility and can be very rewarding when handled correctly.

Responsibilities:

Greet, direct, and answer calls. Answering phones. Assisting customers. Knowledge of American Sign Language. Transfer calls to appropriate personnel. Answer questions and provide assistance. Maintain a clear line of sight between security cameras and the front desk. Review security footage to detect intruders or safety violations. Use of software to monitor visitors, visitors' access rights, and entry attempts.

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
