Legal Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish) Nehme Law Firm Job Category Legal Overview Description We are a rapidly growing and successful PI law firm located in Pasadena, CA looking for a full-time, experienced Receptionist to join our team. This role is scheduled from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We encourage those who are bilingual Spanish speakers with previous law firm experience to apply. The Receptionist plays a vital role in representing the law firm as the initial point of contact. They are to pick up phone calls from clients, follow-up with clients via phone/text/email, make detailed notes for each client, review service emails and direct them to the right employee, check mail, assist with filing, and answer client inquiries, questions, and concerns.
