Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Clerk to join our dynamic team. This vital role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will excel in managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service. We are also looking for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish! Duties Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and maintain a professional reception area Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking vehicles that come in/out and maintaining vehicle logs. Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Maintain organization of files and records to ensure easy retrieval of information Support personal assistant duties such as calendar management and travel arrangements as needed Experience Proven office experience or administrative support role with a focus on front desk operations Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a busy environment Bilingual (English/ Spanish) abilities are a must Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Clerical experience including filing, proof reading, and document management preferred Customer service background with a focus on delivering positive support experiences Personal assistant or calendar management experience is advantageous Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Candidate must have a valid driver's license and be able climb on to big vehicles.
