Specific Job Duties:
Wholeheartedly embrace and promote Cal Elite Kids' vision Assist customers with ALL customer service matters including questions, scheduling classes, scheduling make-ups, billing, store purchases etc. Provide administrative support to managers and owners. Assist in billing and collections, making phone calls and or sending letters to customers with outstanding balances. Help bake cookies each day Come to work ready to have fun each day! We are looking for someone long-term.Required Qualifications:
Superior interactive skills and experience working with children and parents. Ability to take initiative Excellent oral and written communications skills. Outgoing, happy, friendly. Innate willingness and contentment to helping others. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, while maintaining a calm, personable image. Ability to work with difficult individuals without taking a personal affront to challenges or comments, while constantly maintaining a sincere intent to solving the problem. Strong administrative abilities (multi-line phone system, office machinery, computer skills Word, Excel) and willing to learn POS and registration software we use (iClass Pro) Basic math skills and basic cashiering abilities. Flexible (we are a team and we help each other out)Anticipated Schedule:
Part Time Shifts. Weekend availability is a must. Weekday Shifts (7:45 a.m- 2:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m.
