We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to be the welcoming face of our office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a professional, fast-paced team. The Front Desk Receptionist will primarily focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, with some light administrative support related to transactions and commissions. Training will be provided for the transaction and commission-related responsibilities. ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Support Greet clients, agents, and guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Assist with scheduling and office calendar management Provide general administrative support to agents and staff Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages Assist with office events and projects Perform other general office duties as needed Assist with processing commission checks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with numbers, paperwork, and computer systems Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new technology Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Previous administrative, customer service, or real estate experience is a plus Experience with real estate transactions or commissions is a plus Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools is a plus Schedule Part-Time Approximately 20-25 hours per week In person Schedule to be discussed during the interview Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly wage based on experience Opportunity to learn about the real estate industry and brokerage operations Opportunity to develop administrative and transaction-related skills Opportunity for growth within the organization How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this position.
