Full Job Description Automotive Cashier/Receptionist Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist part time. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products or services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Process sales transactions and issue receipts.
• Manage appointment scheduling and update customer records.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
• Perform basic administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cash handling and using a cash register.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail sales processes and procedures.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is advantageous.
