Gym Front Desk Associate

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Associate to be the face of our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for members and visitors while supporting daily operations, customer service, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, professional under pressure, and excited to be part of a positive martial arts community. Key Responsibilities Member Experience Greet students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and energy Answer questions about programs, schedules, memberships, and events Assist prospective members with tours and trial class check-ins Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby environment Administrative Duties Respond to emails Process memberships, payments, retail sales, and waivers Update member accounts and maintain accurate records Sales & Retention Support Follow up with leads and trial students Help maintain strong member retention through excellent customer service Promote academy events, seminars, and merchandise Facility Support Monitor cleanliness and presentation of common areas Coordinate with coaches and staff to support daily academy needs

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
