We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and can provide excellent patient service in a fast-paced dental office.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support by greeting and assisting visitors Check-in / Check-out patients Answer multi line phone Schedule appointments Assist the doctor during the new patient consult Present fees and payment options
Requirements:
Experience in a front desk receptionist or administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
