Client Service Representative - Veterinary Hospital | Part-Time Monday & Tuesday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM | San Anselmo, CA Ross Valley Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, full-service veterinary hospital in the heart of Marin County, and we're looking for a warm, dependable, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. At RVVH, we believe great veterinary care starts with great people. Many of our clients have trusted us with their pets for years, and our Client Service Representatives play an important role in building and maintaining those relationships. About the Role As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the first friendly face our clients see when they walk through the door and often the first person they speak with when they call. You'll help clients navigate everything from routine appointments to stressful or emotional situations, while keeping our front office organized and running smoothly. This is a great position for someone who enjoys connecting with people, solving problems, staying busy, and being an important part of a team. What You'll Do Welcome clients and their pets with warmth, compassion, and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and help clients navigate their pets' care Communicate information about hospital services, wellness care, and treatment recommendations Coordinate appointment flow and communicate closely with our doctors and medical team Maintain accurate client and patient information Process payments and client transactions Assist with day-to-day front desk and administrative responsibilities Help create a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who: Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is friendly, compassionate, and comfortable supporting clients during emotional situations Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Can confidently juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment Remains calm, professional, and solutions-focused when things get hectic Enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture Is comfortable learning new systems and processes Previous veterinary or medical front office experience is required.
