Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting Manage security services and related operations including preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, payroll, supervision and training at an assigned site. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of security officers, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols. Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions Advanced computer skills to utilize innovative, access control technology at client-specific sites Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently Respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, and help ensure the safety and security of people and property.
