You'll be responsible for providing exceptional pet bathing services, handling animals with care and professionalism, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine customer service excellence with hands-on animal care, creating happy pets and satisfied owners every day. Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets warmly, establishing a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors Schedule appointments and manage client communications effectively Perform pet bathing, and other pet care services with attention to detail Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques and animal handling skills Maintain cleanliness of bathing stations and grooming areas, ensuring hygiene standards are met Communicate clearly with pet owners about their pet's grooming needs and health considerations. Qualifications Prior experience in dog training, pet grooming, or animal handling is highly desirable, but we provide all training. Veterinary technician or veterinary assistant experience is a plus Knowledge of animal restraint techniques and heavy lifting capabilities required for handling larger animals or equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and compassion for animals We are committed to providing a supportive environment that values your skills and enthusiasm.
