We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator who knows dental basics and wants a calm, reliable place to work with a steady Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule. Your Daily Responsibilities 1. Patient Check-In and Front Office Flow You will be the primary point of contact when patients arrive or call our office. Your main duties include greeting patients, verifying their personal and insurance information, answering incoming phone calls, and keeping the reception area clean and welcoming throughout the day. 2. Scheduling and Calendar Management You will manage doctor schedules to maintain steady daily production without double-booking or overwhelming the clinical team. This involves scheduling follow-up treatments, confirming upcoming appointments, filling sudden schedule gaps, and managing recall reminders for regular cleanings. 3. Insurance Verification and Patient Billing You will handle standard insurance tasks before and during patient visits. This includes running benefit breakdowns to confirm eligibility, collecting copays and deductibles at check-out, explaining basic treatment costs clearly to patients, and recording daily payments accurately in our software. 4. Administrative and Chart Support You will keep clinical records organized behind the scenes. This includes preparing electronic charts for the next day's appointments, routing specialist referrals and lab records, and ensuring all operations strictly follow HIPAA privacy standards.
