Pay:
$28-32.00/hr The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

For information about ABM's benefits, visit Annual Benefits-Staff and Management High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-technology environment Proficiency with basic administrative tools and facility management systems Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working in semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments Basic knowledge of safety, compliance, and security protocols Answer and direct incoming calls using approved greetings and service protocols Activate and manage the "out of hours" switchboard for emergency and non-emergency calls Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner Ensure compliance with established security and safety procedures for visitor access Maintain reception and lobby areas in a clean, organized, and brand-aligned condition Direct visitors to appropriate buildings, rooms, or contacts and notify hosts of guest arrival Provide information and coordinate off-campus activities, accommodations, or transportation for out-of-town guests as needed Enter maintenance requests into the service management system and coordinate vendor or supplier access when required Address complaints or service requests promptly and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders Adhere to facility-specific language, service standards, and workplace policies Support emergency response procedures and communication efforts when necessary
