In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your energetic approach and excellent organizational skills will help streamline daily operations, manage communications, and support office management functions. Duties Greet visitors promptly with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them appropriately Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, providing exceptional customer support Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate proofreading of documents Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and updating databases Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries with phone etiquette and attentive support Experience Previous office experience or administrative roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking ability Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume calls in a professional setting Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with office management tasks such as calendar management, data entry, filing, proofreading, and record keeping Knowledge of clerical procedures including customer support, phone etiquette, and time management strategies Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Requirements Must be 18 or older No high school students Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic service!
