JOB SUMMARY
The Part-time Receptionist is responsible for providing general receptionist duties. This position works at the front desk of the Operations Office. The Part-time Receptionist is the first point of contact for outside calls, walk-ins, mail/shipping, and employees. This position must be able to multi-task between answering phones, checking security, and assisting potential clients and visitors. The Receptionist needs good verbal, written and non-verbal communication. Also, knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must for this position.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITITES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide excellent customer service. Answering and directing incoming calls and greeting, directing, and assisting visitors. Assist with security to the office by opening the drive in gate, front door, helping with emergencies and confirming clients business with the company. Daily inventory, cleaning, stocking and replenishing office supplies including but not limited to copy machines, coffee and kitchen equipment and supplies. Opening and distributing mail for the entire Operations office. Ordering office supplies, equipment, coffee, sodas, water, etc.... Point of contact for issues within the office such as but not restricted to calling for ink cartridges, bug/pest issues, security issues, water leaks, water is turned off, bathroom issues, etc.... Provide administrative support to the office and assist other departments as requested. Compose communication/correspondence (memos, letters, and flyers). Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans. Helps organize special events (luncheons, holiday party, bocce tournaments). Copy, fax, distribute, shred documents. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. Assist with special projects. More duties could be assigned as neededEQUIPMENT USE

SOFTWARE USE
Word, Excel, Adobe, Teams, and OutlookQUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Equivalent to completion of a two-year degree in business or related field is preferred. One to three years of administrative office support experience. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Bi-lingual preferred for the position.SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Pre-employment background screening investigation results that are acceptable to GCC at GCC's sole discretion. Drug/alcohol test (negative test results). Background check (DMV, civil/criminal convictions, Social Security, work history, credit review due to banking responsibilities). Valid driver's license and clean driving record.MENTAL DEMANDS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts.Ability to apply elementary mathematical operations to tasks. Ability to identify problems.
