Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk and supporting the overall efficiency of our office. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Assist with office management duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining a clean reception area. Provide support as a personal assistant to management when required. Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution. Handle any additional administrative tasks as assigned. Skills Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Experience in office management or as a medical receptionist is a plus. Familiarity with computerized systems for scheduling and record keeping. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality communication.
