program Scrub allowance Continuing education opportunities to further your knowledge in the field The primary responsibility of our Veterinary Receptionist is to provide exceptional care and customer service to our clients and patients. As the face of our hospital, you will help keep the front desk organized, communicate with clients, and ensure the hospital runs smoothly each day. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, so strong multitasking, organization, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. Daily responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, responding to emails, and completing patient tasks using our PIMS and other computer programs. You will also help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized hospital environment. Our ideal candidate is a dependable, organized, self-motivated team player with a genuine passion for helping animals and their people. Prior customer service experience is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills and accurate typing are required, as we are a primarily paperless hospital and rely heavily on electronic medical records, email, word processing and spreadsheets. A minimum typing speed of 50 wpm is required, and we recommend submitting a screenshot from This position is full-time, consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week, including some Saturdays.
