Chinese Technical Proficiency Full Job Description The Opportunity:

We are looking for a member to join our team at KZ Kitchen. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This role may also include additional responsibilities such as inside sales assistance and customer service. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in a long-term role and an opportunity for growth.

Job Requirements:

Previous cashier experience preferred. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese. Knowledge of various payment methods, including cash, checks, and credit cards. Proficient with computers and basic PC skills. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Willingness to work weekend shifts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, checks, and other payment methods. Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as required. Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and perform end-of-shift reconciliations. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Keep the cashier station and work area organized and presentable. Assist with other store-related tasks as assigned by management.
