About Us:

Our team is passionate about creating positive experiences for our patients — and we are looking for a friendly, organized, and bilingual Front Desk Admin to join us!
Compensation:
This role is starting at $22 per hour!
Hours:
Monday - Friday 7 am - 5:30 pm
Position Summary:
The Front Desk Admin serves as the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, setting the tone for their overall experience. This role is critical in managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, handling communications, and supporting the daily flow of the office. Spanish fluency is required to effectively serve our diverse patient community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using office scheduling software. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in both English and Spanish. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation. Verify and update patient information, including insurance details. Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area. Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient flow. Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal). Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Professional appearance and demeanor. Familiarity with dental software, Cloud9 - our practice management software) is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
