Valley MRI is a well-established and rapidly growing network of diagnostic imaging centers that proudly serve San Joaquin, Stanislaus and surrounding counties. We are looking for confident and self-driven individuals to join our team. Valley MRI prides itself on the ability to provide professional personal and reliable imaging services. Applicant must be comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment, while always remaining objective and patient driven to provide the best quality care to our communities. Previous experience in a Medical/Radiology office-setting is preferred, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position.
Main responsibilities include:
Kindly greet all patients and visitors complete registration, verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays answer phones schedule appointments and assist the team as needed Occasionally travel to nearby centers to receive training or assist with coverage
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required Our ideal applicant will have a minimum of 1 year medical experience, strong communication skills and value professionalism. Have the ability to handle high stress in emergency or busy situations, and knowledge of HIPAA requirements, procedures and protocols.
