Job Description

Position Summary Driscoll & Associates is seeking a professional, organized, personable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Accounting & Bookkeeping Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and provide administrative and entry-level accounting support to our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people but also has a genuine understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, financial documents and basic business operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, organizing confidential documents, assisting with bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks, and communicating professionally with clients regarding their tax and accounting needs.
