In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and staff alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting various administrative functions across our busy office setting. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times Manage phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally Handle front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, conducting checkout and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry and filing to keep records accurate and organized Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments using web tools Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, photocopying, proofreading documents, collecting payments Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), POS systems and Google Chrome Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Prior office experience or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, and calendar management Ability to perform typing tasks accurately at a steady pace; familiarity with proofreading is a plus Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets energetic support!
