Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to support daily front desk activities for a contract opportunity based in California. This role is ideal for someone who creates a positive first impression, stays organized in a fast-paced office setting, and handles administrative support with accuracy and care. The position will involve greeting guests, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, guide them appropriately, and ensure each guest receives courteous and attentive assistance upon arrival.
  • Oversee front desk activities by keeping the reception space organized, presentable, and ready for daily business operations.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, arrange appointments, and help maintain calendars for office staff as needed.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries while ensuring items are routed to the correct recipients.
  • Complete routine administrative work such as entering information, organizing records, preparing copies, and maintaining files.
  • Track office supply inventory and submit replenishment requests to keep essential materials available.
  • Provide clerical assistance to team members to support general office efficiency and administrative workflow.
  • Follow established office guidelines and security procedures when managing front desk interactions and daily support tasks.
  • Answer and direct inbound calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining a helpful and attentive tone.
