We opened in late 2024 on a simple belief, that women deserve a space that takes their wellness seriously. Beautiful, calm, and genuinely community driven. Everything here is designed with women in mind, and everyone is welcome. Our team is small and tight knit. The front desk is the first face every member sees and the last one they talk to on the way out, which makes it one of the most important roles in the building. What you will actually do Greet every member by name and set the tone for their visit Give tours to prospective members Book classes, personal training and spa services in Mindbody Confirm every appointment for the next day, including paperwork Handle memberships, upgrades, freezes and billing questions Answer every email and text that comes in during your shift Complete opening and closing checklists and hand off cleanly to the next shift Keep the front of house clean, stocked and calm What we are looking for You genuinely like people and remember details about them You follow through. If you say you will call someone back, you do You are comfortable asking someone to join, and comfortable hearing no You write clearly, because a lot of this job is email and text Weekend availability Mindbody experience is a plus Previous front desk, hospitality, retail, spa or fitness experience is helpful but not required What we offer $23.00 per hour Team bonus tied to membership growth, shared by the whole front desk when Celé hits its targets Complimentary Celé membership, gym and spa access Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 30lbs at a time Must be comfortable standing for a prolonged period of time
