Job Description
Our firm specializes in the representation of public safety officers and associations in labor negotiations, internal affairs investigations, disciplinary appeals, administrative litigation, officer-involved shootings, workers compensation, employment litigation, and retirement. We are looking for a receptionist to assist the firm with administrative and clerical work. In this position you will be responsible for answering a high volume of client calls, sorting through mail, organizing paperwork and digitalizing all important documents. You will be expected to protect and update files as well as make them easily accessible to your colleagues. The receptionist must be organized, patient, and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. Skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Able to work well in a team environment Exceptional customer service skills Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies Great attention to detail Very good knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc. High school degree or equivalent
