Job Description
Full Time Receptionist/ Call Center Optometry Office Prime responsibilities: answering phones , triage call, Check on orders, investigate and pull insurances (will train if needed), schedule visits, monitor texts receive and response, faxing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Organized and warm, friendly person needed. Must have experience handling multi-phone lines. We are a busy office. Bilingual Required Optometry office experience not required , but a plus Receptionist experience required
