We serve about 450 students a year from more than 60 countries, including international (F-1) students and local students. We're a small, close-knit admin team. We're looking for someone organized, personable, and comfortable juggling a lot of moving parts — often with a student standing in front of you and a phone ringing at the same time. You'll be the first face and voice most students and visitors encounter, so a warm, welcoming presence matters as much as the administrative skills. What You'll Do Greet visitors, students, and staff Answer admissions inquiries by email, phone, and in person Create acceptance letters Take cash payments and assist with online payments Register students for classes Assist with placement testing Create certificates and complete advancement forms for students completing classes Stock the kitchen and other supplies, and maintain inventory Maintain printed admissions materials Support recruitment efforts by reaching out to prospective students and managing follow-up communications Assist with student orientation and paperwork Assist with student events Support the Academic Director and Executive Director as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements Advanced to fluent English Advanced to fluent Spanish Strong computer skills Excellent people skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively Ability to work independently Nice to Have Knowledge of international student (F-1) issues Previous experience working with international populations An additional language beyond
English and Spanish Pay:
