Aurora, CO Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-12pm About Us Baek Primary Clinic is a growing family practice serving the Korean-American community in Aurora. We provide patient-centered, compassionate care and are looking for a reliable, friendly receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities Greet patients and answer phones in a professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance information and collect copays Assist patients with check-in/check-out process Communicate with clinical staff to support smooth clinic operations Provide translation support (Korean ↔ English) as needed Requirements Bilingual in Korean and English (required) Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment Friendly, professional attitude Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $20-24/hr DOE Paid holidays & PTO (after probation period) Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow
