Previous dental experience is a plus but not required. We are looking for a positive person with a great attitude and work ethic. The job would require a lot of interaction with patients both at the front desk and on the phone. We have a great staff and wonderful patients. We are open 4 days a week. We run an alternating schedule where we are open Tues-Thurs every week and we alternate Mondays and Fridays every other week. This means every other weekend would be a 4 day weekend!

Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls Discussing treatment plans and financials Processing Payments Ordering office supplies Communicating with other dental providers Verifying insurance benefits Filing insurance claims
Work Experience, Skills, Education and Benefits:
Someone with great customer service and persona. Experience with insurance verification is a plus Previous dental front office experience is a plus Previous customer service experience Working knowledge of dental software or ease of learning it is a plus Ability to multi-task Ability to work well with others and independently Professional demeanor Work authorization for United States required Education of high school or equivalent required Benefits offered are paid time off, dental benefit, and retirement options available
