Our practice provides general dental services, catering to both Medicaid and private patients in a supportive, friendly environment. This full-time position is ideal for someone with 1-5 years of experience in a dental front office role. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include insurance verification, processing payments, and scheduling appointments using our Dentrix software. Strong phone skills and excellent communication abilities are essential to provide our patients with outstanding service. Our office is equipped with top-notch personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure your safety, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and both latex and nitrile gloves. We value work-life balance, offering either a 30 or 60-minute lunch break during your shift.
