Cannabis Receptionist Dispensary

We are an established and expanding Recreational Dispensary and Grow seeking welcoming, energetic, professional, reliable Front Desk Receptionist. The hours are 1:15-9:15, This position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer and patient experience by creating a positive, professional, and compliant first impression. As the first point of contact for our organization, this individual must demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is responsible for ensuring a knowledgeable, efficient, and compliant experience for all customers and medical patients while strictly adhering to Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older . Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado MED Support/Employee Badge . High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in regulated cannabis retail a MUST . Demonstrated understanding of Colorado MED laws, compliance procedures, and METRC tracking required. Experience with POS systems, customer intake software, and compliance documentation systems . Exceptional attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and procedural discipline . Strong communication and professionalism. Ability to remain calm and compliant in high-volume, high-accountability environments . Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers and patients in a friendly, professional manner Verify identification and medical documentation in compliance with MED regulations Manage patient intake and check-in procedures Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain compliance with all state and company policies and procedures Support daily front desk and dispensary operations Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service at all times
