• Denver, CO Foster Graham is seeking a detail-oriented, professional Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to support our growing firm.

The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. Law firm experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Manage the reception desk, including a multi-line phone system, client and vendor greeting, and conference room scheduling. Provide administrative support across departments, including marketing, IT, facilities, and legal administrative assistance. Assist with client intake, conflict checks, and matter opening. Order and maintain office, kitchen, and supply inventory; coordinate meeting lunches. Support firm event planning, setup, and execution, including occasional after-hours activities. Process, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, deliverables, and faxes. Maintain the employee kitchen/pantry areas. Manage physical and electronic files, including scanning, organizing, and archiving closed matters per firm policy. Assist with various firm administrative projects as needed. Qualifications 1-3 years of receptionist experience in a legal, corporate, or professional services environment preferred Proficiency with multi-line phone systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with a team-oriented, can-do attitude Attention to detail and ability to manage time independently Microsoft O365 experience, particularly Outlook, preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is $45,000

• 50,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, short
