Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with attention to detail Maintain organized filing systems and manage data entry tasks using spreadsheets and productivity software Schedule deliveries, coordinate calendar management, and assist with basic office management duties Support clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, word processing, and maintaining office supplies Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring client communication is clear and courteous Provide support to other team members to complete business tasks Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette essential Bilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse clients and team members Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document preparation is highly desirable Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets energetic service! Pay:
