Front Desk Associate Chair Rental Denver Englewood, CO Job Details Full-time $21 an hour 14 hours ago Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Summary Chair Rental is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to assist customers and support our sales and warehouse teams. This position is responsible for greeting walk-in and will-call customers, managing incoming sales inquiries, preparing and proofreading rental orders, processing payments, assisting with accounts receivable, coordinating tent permits and inspections, and submitting supply and purchase orders. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, comfortable working with customers, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers and customers picking up will-call orders. Monitor, organize, and distribute sales inquiries received through the company website. Prepare rental quotes, orders, contracts, and customer records. Proofread orders for accurate dates, quantities, pricing, addresses, and delivery information. Follow up on missing customer information, signatures, deposits, and payments. Assist customers with finalizing and closing rental contracts. Prepare and file tent permit applications with cities, counties, and fire departments. Schedule tent and fire inspections and track permit approvals. Collect and process customer deposits and final payments. Accurately post payments to customer accounts and contracts. Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances. Prepare and submit approved supply orders and purchase orders. Communicate with customers, sales staff, warehouse staff, vendors, and inspectors. Maintain organized electronic and physical records. Provide general administrative support as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, office administration, sales support, accounts receivable, or a related role preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable discussing invoices and outstanding balances with customers. Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and web-based software. Ability to learn rental management, accounting, permitting, and payment-processing systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Professional, dependable, and punctual. Work Environment This is an in-person office position that regularly interacts with customers, sales staff, and warehouse personnel. Chair Rental is a seasonal business, and occasional extended hours may be required during busy periods. 40 hours per week Monday - Saturday. 8am - 12pm Saturday, with a half-day during the week.
