This position offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals who thrive in a front-facing role and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a part-time receptionist, the candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. Provide general administrative support, including filing and data entry. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and visitors. Maintain and update contact lists and other relevant information. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Work Hours Part-time schedule:
