Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Receptionist to provide Contract front desk support in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers during a busy period of scheduled meetings, while helping ensure the office runs smoothly each day. The position offers an opportunity to demonstrate strong administrative skills in a detail-oriented setting, with the possibility of being considered for a longer-term administrative opportunity based on performance and fit.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, confirm their meetings, and create a welcoming and friendly experience at the front desk.
  • Manage incoming phone calls through a multi-line system, route inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
  • Oversee daily reception coverage to maintain an organized lobby area and present a positive image of the office.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance, including handling ad hoc support requests from the team.
  • Prepare for scheduled office coverage by becoming familiar with the workspace, team members, and visitor procedures in advance of the assignment.
  • Support additional administrative activities as needed, which may include coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense documentation, and assisting with basic research tasks.
  • Offer administrative support to office leadership and help facilitate communication with external accounting partners when requested.
