The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations within our office or medical facility. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately with professional phone etiquette Schedule appointments and manage calendars using tools like Excel Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Assist with office management tasks, including organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate with nail techs to ensure efficient workflow and communication Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies Qualifications Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Excel and data entry skills Experience with calendar management, and bookkeeping is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to handle phone systems efficiently and demonstrate strong typing skills Attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers an engaging work environment where your organizational talents and customer service skills will make a meaningful impact.
