What You'll Do Greet and check in customers at the front desk, verify valid ID, and manage lobby flow Create a welcoming first impression — you're the first face every customer sees Answer phones, respond to basic product and policy questions, and direct inquiries to the right team member Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with Colorado MED check-in requirements Coordinate with budtenders on lobby wait times and customer queue Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with menus and materials Support daily operational tasks as needed What We're Looking For MED Badge required 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, or service experience preferred Warm, professional communication style — in person and on the phone Comfortable managing a busy lobby while staying calm and organized Reliable, punctual, and a team player 21+ years of age (required by Colorado law) Compensation & Benefits $19.00/hour Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Employee discount A real path to advancement — we promote from within Work for a company invested in the community: Social Dispensary has donated over $100K to local nonprofits through our Be.
