Job Description

Nadora Urgent Care is seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our weekend team. This position is the first point of contact for our patients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience while keeping the clinic running efficiently. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment, communicates professionally with patients and clinical staff, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities at once.
Schedule Saturday:
2:00 PM - 8:30
PM Sunday:
2:00 PM - 8:30 PM Approximately 13 hours per week Consistent weekend schedule Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information Collect copays, deductibles, and other patient payments Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions Schedule appointments and assist walk-in patients Scan and upload documents into the electronic health record Maintain accurate patient information and documentation Communicate with providers, medical assistants, and other clinic staff Assist patients with forms and basic registration questions Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Keep the reception and waiting areas organized and professional Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed Help ensure patients move efficiently through the registration and discharge process Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning electronic health record systems Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment Dependable and punctual Professional demeanor and positive attitude Medical office, urgent care, or healthcare front desk experience preferred, but not required Experience with insurance verification and patient registration is a plus About Nadora Urgent Care Nadora Urgent Care provides convenient, high-quality medical care for patients throughout Northern Colorado.
